We are a graduate led workforce with the benefit of 2 Early Years graduates. Further staff are already working towards degrees. We are committed to high quality training and non Level 3 staff are not allowed to pause their training plan until L3 is achieved.
Claire Richmond - Manager
The management team is led by Claire, the nursery's managing owner. Claire started in 2005 and is an active member of the NDNA and pro-actively works to ensure that the nursery are always ahead of forthcoming Government changes to policy & practice. Networking is an important part of Claire's role, which provides an opportunity to refresh and implement revised ideas into practice, gained from sharing practice with other top quality nursery providers across the UK.

Dawn Seth - Twilight Manager
Dawn is an Early years Graduate and has over 30 years experience in the childcare sector, with expertise in staff training, child-led play, speech and language acquisition and extensive safeguarding knowledge and experience. Emma Ashby - Early Years Teacher
In her role as full time early years teachers, Emma works directly with the Preschool children and is based in our fantastically well-resourced Learning grid. Supporting our play-based approach, Emma plans activities for children to choose that match their interests. Once engaged in the game/activity, Emma scaffolds children's learning by prompts, questionning, role modelling, commentating, problem solving and open ended questions. She is also the overall curriculum manager and ensures that all children make good progress aginst the EYFS. Emma is the workplace Mental Health First Aider. Email: email@example.com
Katie Hopkins - Deputy Manager
Katie is Level 3 qualified and holds the role of Deputy Manager and is the nominated SENDCO Special Educational Needs & Disability Coordinator. Katie spends 90% of her time in the classroom and has additional admin role to record summative tracker data and audit all 90 children's records 6 times per year, to ensure all staff are working effectively. All staff hold their Paediatric Fist Aid qualification, Epipen training, and CIEH Level 2 Food Hygiene qualification. We are proud to announce that we are affiliated with Sing & Sign too. Staff receive annual training to ensure we work in partnership with the makaton based group.
Kitchen: Tracy (NVQ2 qualified chef with CIEH L2 Food safety). We have 5 stars (the top rating) at our 2018 food hygiene inspection. Tracy works full time preparing all the meals to varying dietary requirements.
